Every show starts with the same problem: getting complete, accurate information from clients in time. Spike sits between a venue's clients and its production office, asking the expert follow-up questions a seasoned production manager would ask and reconciling the answers against what the venue actually owns and allows.
Spike has been in production use since July 2026, with venue technical documentation loaded for four venues and pilot production offices using it on real shows behind a login. It is not yet a paid product.

Venue conversations pointed first to the information problem, so the intake system is the focus today, with lighting and a fuller stage operating system as later layers.
